Acting for the shareholders of Adelaide Airport Limited in respect of the purchase of additional parcels of shares in Adelaide Airport Limited from exiting shareholders.
Advising a property developer in respect of negotiations with a prospective international joint venture partner regarding the planned development of the Crown Hotel, Victor Harbor.
Acting for ITEK Pty Ltd, the commercialisation entity of the University of South Australia, in relation to all aspects of the restructure and subsequent sale of its 100% interest in an Australia-wide gaming machine testing business to a US-based worldwide gaming laboratory company.
Advising and negotiating for Eimco Water Technologies Pty Limited, the Australian arm of GLV Inc. (a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange) in respect of a $17.7 million acquisition of shares in AJM Environmental Pty Ltd;
Advising and negotiating for Adelaide Brighton Limited (an ASX listed company) in respect of a $5.5 million acquisition of a gypsum mining business;
Advising on and negotiating two significant information technology outsourcing agreements for AGL Energy Limited, with an Indian company, TATA Consultancy Services Limited in respect of a $16 million transaction and separately with a leading international IT vendor in respect of a $58 million transaction;
Advising and acting in relation to various acquisitions of real property, which recently involved advising on tenders for separate acquisitions in the order of $88 million and $30 million and the acquisition of an $11 million shopping centre;
Overseas licensing of technology for design, build and construct of clean coal technology plants for GTL Energy Limited (a large unlisted public company);
Advising and negotiating in relation to the commercialisation of intellectual property through agreements with one of the largest printers in North America;
Negotiating and advising Beach Petroleum Limited (an ASX listed company) in respect of a consortium co-operation agreement and related drilling charter hire agreements to a value in the order of $30 million relating to a major off-shore drilling project;
