Robert was admitted to practice in 1987 and since 1991 has specialised in commercial litigation and insolvency.
Robert has been involved in a variety of large and complex major litigation in both the Federal and Supreme Courts in South Australia and New South Wales both in insolvency and general litigation matters.
Robert practices in all aspects of insolvency, and regularly advises liquidators, administrators and corporate clients on various issues arising in respect of insolvency administrations and recoveries. He has worked on a wide variety of liquidations, voluntary administrations and receiverships and in litigation arising from these matters.
Robert's commercial dispute resolution practice and expertise is diverse and encompasses contractual and transactional disputes, corporate law matters, insolvency advice and litigation, professional negligence and trade practices.
His extensive insolvency and commercial dispute resolution experience has arisen in a range of contexts from relatively discrete and urgent issues to substantial, complex and protracted commercial litigation involving numerous parties and a broad spectrum of issues.
Assisting Robert are a number of solicitors who also specialise in insolvency and dispute resolution matters. As well, Robert and his team are supported by the firm's corporate and transactional specialists whose contribution is sought as and when the issues demand.
