Ramsey has extensive experience in managing the day to day legal requirements of large and medium sized corporations (both listed and unlisted).
He has worked on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including MBO's, outsourcing arrangements for the government and private sectors, acquisitions and other significant transactional work. That work has been in a range of industries including financial services, retail, property and health.
Ramsey also has extensive experience in the franchising industry, having serviced the legal requirements of start up and existing franchise systems in diverse industries and in different countries for over 25 years.
He has published articles and delivered papers on business and franchising law to professional bodies and business groups.
