Paul Dugan

Paul is a Partner of the firm and practices in the areas of:

• Industrial Relations and Employment Law; and
• Insolvency and Dispute Resolution.

Paul graduated with honours from the University of Adelaide and was admitted to legal practice in 1986. He has extensive experience in all aspects of:

• industrial relations and employment law - from executive contracts and workplace agreements to industrial disputes, dismissals, transmissions, payment claims and post termination restraints;
• insolvency administrations - including investigations, pursuit of recoveries and the rights and obligations of insolvency practitioners, debtors, creditors, directors and shareholders;
• the investigation and resolution of complex corporate, commercial and insurance disputes.

In addition to his experience in private practice, Paul has also provided in house advice and representation to insolvency practitioners and worked as a senior lawyer with the corporate regulator. He is able to draw upon this experience in developing strategies to assist clients.
