Glenn provides advice to public and private entities throughout Australia on a full range of corporate law issues. This has recently included capital raisings, listings, mergers by acquisition and scheme of arrangement, ASIC, ASX and legislative compliance, capital reductions and other securities issues and transactions.
He acts for large and medium sized corporates, both listed and unlisted, providing advice on a full range of business issues.
In addition to corporate advice, he works extensively in resolving corporate and business disputes in all States. He has successfully litigated a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes throughout Australia, many of which have arisen from insolvency situations.
Glenn works closely with a group of lawyers in the firm to ensure prompt service and the right level of experience required is assigned to each matter.
His work is primarily in the energy and resources, seafood, pharmacy, property and insolvency industries.
Glenn’s expertise and experience now sees him in the role of director on a number of public companies including three listed on the ASX.
