Adrian’s main areas of practice are Hospitality, Wine, Property and Development.
Adrian practices in the areas of commercial property and business transactions with a particular emphasis on those involving licensed premises. Adrian has extensive experience acting for clients in relation to the sale, purchase and leasing of hotels, restaurants, motels and other licensed premises.
Adrian appears regularly as advocate for clients before the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner and the Liquor Licensing Court.
Adrian, as a former AFL player for the Melbourne and Sydney Swans Football Clubs, has represented various sports and recreational bodies on issues of governance and legal compliance.
